Autumn Day at the Lake

We bought a boat! Jimmy has been wanting one for a very long time and now he finally has one. We have not been able to spend much time on it because of the drastic change in the weather, but, we were lucky enough to have one nice day to take it out before we put it away for winter. It was a fun day with my husband and my doggy.

He is already talking about fishing trips in spring with me and my dad. He is really looking forward to spending lots of time on the water next year.

Visit from a Dear Friend

An old friend, Lorinda, from Virginia Beach came to visit on Friday. We have not been together since my wedding and it was great to spend time with her. I met Lorinda many years ago when we worked together at Cruisin. She moved to Virginia over eleven years ago and we have managed to still keep up our friendship. We always have fun together. It was great to see her.

The Silly Side of Jim

Jimmy went to a "business conference" last weekend in Utica. Personally, I have never been to a business conference, but now I know what happens there; you eat - talk- sing karaoke and wear balloon animals on your head.
